Role Summary
Our team's mission is to enable ARIA to scale and innovate through the implementation and use of first-class technologies, systems and data-driven insights. The Data & Systems Associate empowers ARIA’s internal teams to make better, faster, and bolder decisions by designing, implementing, and optimising data infrastructure, tooling, and reporting solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation. This role requires a balance of product management (40%), building skills (40%) and customer success (20%).
What you'll do
- Building & Implementing Tools & Infrastructure
Develop and iterate core bespoke solutions within platforms such as Airtable and CRMs, including building automations and integrations with other systems. Maintain data integrity and security practices. Assist in building and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, storage, and the generation of actionable insights. Assist in the management of ARIA’s data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based platforms. Collaborate with IT to ensure embedded infrastructure is secure and compliant with organisational standards. - Product Management
Gather data requirements and design, project management, build, and implementation of solutions and infrastructure that align with ARIA’s strategic objectives and priorities. Maintain and prioritise a clear roadmap of the products and features you’re building. Build close relationships across the organisation to drive forward a culture of operational excellence and technological enablement. Take a user-centric approach to all data and tooling initiatives, ensuring solutions meet the needs of stakeholders and enhance their workflows. - Customer Success
Support in driving the uptake of user-centric tools across the lifecycle of ARIA products, ensuring they deliver value and operational efficiency. Provide functional and technical support to solve challenges end users are facing.
Who you are

- Proficiency in supporting solution architecture and engineering, including building, integrating, and maintaining tools, gathering feedback, and driving adoption of solutions.
- Solid data handling capabilities, ensuring effective data flows, high-quality reporting, and efficient data infrastructure.
Practical skills we are looking for
- Working with data in a fast-paced environment, assisting with data management from extraction to analysis.
- Experience supporting the building and customisation of low-code environments such as Airtable and Make.com to support operational needs.
- Experience working inside of data warehouses and using ETL tools.
- A strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with team members and stakeholders to drive meaningful impact.
- A user-focused mindset, with a passion for enabling teams to work more effectively.
- The ability to quickly grasp new topics and technologies, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
