About the role

• Lead development and delivery of the DC Pension Scheme strategy with a focus on member service, value for money and robust governance
• Manage projects driven by strategic or regulatory developments
• As part of the senior leadership team, proactively contribute to wider pensions strategic objectives

About you

• Proven track record gained in-house, consultancy or provider, with a focus on developing and delivering effective DC pensions provision aimed at member outcomes
• Significant understanding of the DC Pensions landscape, pensions legislation and developing trends
• Experience interpreting and delivering strategic change for pension schemes, driven by company/trustee or legislative developments
