Our Infrastructure and Energy Capital division invests Macquarie’s balance sheet to provide flexible capital to our infrastructure and energy clients. The team has a broad mandate to invest in assets and companies across Economic & Social, Digital & Data and Energy Transition infrastructure sectors. What role will you play?
The role involves responsibilities across pre-deal compliance, asset and portfolio management, value creation, divestment readiness, and business operations. Key tasks include:
- Facilitating vendor onboarding, conducting KYC processes, clearing conflicts, coordinating NDAs, maintaining insider lists, setting up contracts, and managing reporting and data.
- Ensuring timely completion of deal approvals and workflows, such as gathering inputs for approval forms and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Preparing deal announcements, press releases, and internal communications with Corporate Affairs.
- Supporting asset and entity setup and dissolution, including incorporations, legal changes, bank accounts, contracts, insurance, and nominee director changes.
- Assisting in asset and portfolio management activities like quarterly reviews, financial and tax reporting, audits, funding, invoicing, and monitoring investments.
- Maintaining deal data in Salesforce and internal systems.
- Supporting value creation and divestment initiatives, including asset preparation for divestment and capital recycling.
