OverviewDefendant EL/PL Solicitor – Bradford | Hybrid | Up to £50,000We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established defendant insurance law firm for a Solicitor to join their Employer’s Liability / Public Liability (EL/PL) team in Bradford. This is a great opportunity to work on quality defendant EL/PL cases within a friendly, down-to-earth team offering genuine hybrid flexibility.What You’ll DoRun your own caseload of defendant EL/PL claims from start to finish.Work on more complex or multi-track files.Draft pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.Liaise with clients, insurers, and other parties to progress matters efficiently.Deliver clear, practical advice in line with client expectations and timescales.About YouIdeally a qualified Solicitor, but strong Legal Executive applicants will also be considered.Claimant EL/PL or defendant RTA experience also welcome, with training provided to support the move across.At least 2 years experience in litigation / dispute resolution.Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills.Team player with a practical and proactive approach.What’s on OfferUp to £50,000 (depending on experience).Hybrid working – typically 2–3 office days per week.Supportive, approachable team environment.High-quality insurer and self-insured client work.Ongoing training and genuine career development opportunities.If you’re looking to develop your career in defendant EL/PL litigation with a firm that values flexibility and growth, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Apply in confidence via Alex Groom at CapeClarke Legal Recruitment #J-18808-Ljbffr
