Leading Tier 1 law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Personal Injury EL/PL Solicitor for its Manchester team. The position offers a salary of £45k‑60k with potential bonuses and home‑working flexibility. The role focuses on multi‑track, high‑value casualty claims for catastrophic and serious injury customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle multi‑track EL/PL injury cases, including claim initiation, negotiation and litigation.
  • Provide specialist advice on high‑value casualty insurance claims.
  • Work within a defendant team to manage large‑value claims efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year PQE with experience in Personal Injury law.
  • Strong knowledge of EL/PL injury and high‑value casualty practice.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and litigation skills.
