The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join this Legal 500 ranked national law firm's team in Manchester, which has one of the best clinical negligence teams in the country.

In this role, you will handle a challenging but fulfilling caseload of defendant clinical negligence work acting for a variety of clients, including NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, MDU, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.

You will work as part of an experienced team providing high-quality legal services on complex matters. There may also be opportunities to get involved with healthcare inquest and advisory work.

Requirements

Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor (1-10PQE) with Clinical Negligence experience (Defendant or Claimant).

If you lack Clinical Negligence experience, applications are welcome from those with a background in Catastrophic Personal Injury (Defendant or Claimant) or Litigation experience.

Salary & Benefits

Salary is very competitive, with an industry-leading benefits package. NQ salaries start at £50,000, with a maximum salary of £90,000.
