Liverpool Street, London | £25k–£35k + uncapped commission | Hybrid (3 days in the office)

We’re looking for a Delivery Consultant who thrives on finding the perfect candidates, managing the process end-to-end, and keeping clients happy — all without having to spend your days chasing new business.

You’ll be working closely with our Sales teams, focusing on delivery for live roles in your specialist area.

What you’ll do:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates.
• Manage candidates through the entire process, from first call to offer stage
• Write and post engaging job ads
• Use our CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter to track activity and pipeline
• Work with Senior Consultants to make sure delivery matches the brief

What we’re looking for:

• Agency recruitment experience in Tech delivery
• Strong communication skills – you’re great with people and know how to build trust
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
• Driven to hit targets and deliver results
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools
