Base Location: Havant, Reading, Leeds, Glasgow, Perth, Inverness and Aberdeen

Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

We’re Looking For a Delivery Lead, To

drive full-lifecycle delivery across two of SSE Thermal’s Operational Technology (OT) value streams:

You’ll lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable digital solutions for critical infrastructure. This role requires someone confident navigating complex delivery landscapes — balancing technical oversight, cyber compliance, and supplier coordination in a high-trust environment. Experience working in OT, energy, or industrial sectors is highly desirable, alongside strong financial and stakeholder management capabilities.

You Will

As Delivery Lead, you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end flow of value across both value streams, from planning through to in-life support.
