Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development and implementation of complex programmes and solutions Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration of solutions Stay current with emerging programme management trends, tools and best practices Contribute to the development of programme management strategies and roadmaps
Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Extensive experience in programme management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and best practices Masterful proficiency in using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, JIRA) Proven track record of delivering high‑quality programme management solutions in a professional setting Exceptional communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executives, project teams and clients Ability to build consensus, manage expectations and facilitate decision‑making processes Strong risk identification, analysis and mitigation skills Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools Proficiency in resource allocation, capacity planning and leveling Experience in managing resource conflicts and trade‑offs across multiple projects
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with Agile and DevOps practices Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns Proficiency in data modelling and data management
