Responsibilities
Direct and manage project development and client engagements from beginning to end; Define delivery and project outcomes, success criteria, scope, deliverables, and plans that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders; Build strong working relationships with the team, customers and third parties to enable successful project delivery; Implement appropriate controls, governance and reporting arrangements; Apply project management methodologies and tools; Deliver engagements on budget (fixed price) and time; Proactively respond to changes in scope and devise solutions; Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members.
Qualifications
Over 3 years’ experience successfully performing a delivery or project management role. Proven experience with implementing complex cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google), networking, end‑user computing (Microsoft 365), data intelligence, and/or security projects. Demonstrated ability to manage delivery budgets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience building and managing relationships and engagements with third parties. Ability to influence and drive change across technology and business teams. Self‑directed, proactive, and capable of identifying areas needing attention without direct instruction. Outstanding problem‑solving skills and a passion for solving hard problems. Robust character and determination to achieve goals and deliver outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering). Relevant project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Azure) are highly desirable.
