Service Delivery Manager The purpose of this exciting Service Delivery Manager role is to provide leadership and direction for the delivery of pre‑and post‑sales services and support to customers in the South East area of England. As the focal point for all operational service delivery related issues, you are responsible for executing the service delivery processes in the district ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. You will lead the Field Services Engineers ensuring a high level of teamwork and engagement. You are responsible for:
Managing customer relations: recognise customer needs and proactively manage customer relationships. Team liaison: work with district sales and project management to provide technical input in support of the Order Acquisition Process and Order Realisation process. People management: lead and mentor a team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring service execution according to procedures and processes, including performance management, people development and training plans. Compliance: maintain service delivery operations compliance performance within the district, report issues to quality & regulatory functions at regional level, ensure installation of base accuracy and monitoring of maintenance operations align with business service manuals and quality policies.
You are a part of the Service and Solutions Delivery Team reporting to the Service Delivery Lead UKI and the team of Service Delivery Managers across the UK. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer‑first attitude and the following:
experience in the med‑tech sector Leadership skills Field service management experience Experience in a customer services environment Commercial acumen Experience leading and managing a team of technically skilled individuals Technical problem‑solving expertise Degree level education or equivalent Full driving licence
