You will lead the Field Services Engineers ensuring a high level of teamwork and engagement levels.**You are responsible for*** Managing customer relations: The customer experience is paramount, therefore the role will involve the recognition of customer needs, and the proactive management of customer relationships..* Team Liaison: Working with district sales and project management to provide technical input in support of the Order Acquisition Process (OAP) and Order Realization process (ORP)* People Management: Leading and mentoring a team of Field Service Engineers and ensuring service execution according to Philips procedures and processes. Your role will also include performance management and people development, including training plans.* Compliance: You will be responsible for service delivery operations compliance performance within the district and also for reporting compliance issues to quality & regulatory functions at regional level. Ensuring installation of base accuracy and monitoring maintenance operations are aligned with relevant business service manuals and quality policies.**You are a part of the** Service and Solutions Delivery Team reporting to the Service Delivery Lead UKI.
