Overview

Delivery Programme Officer (Retrofit) role at London Councils, in partnership with Warmer Homes London. This is a fixed-term, full-time position focused on accelerating retrofit across social housing in London.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational contact working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to retrofit homes in SHF Wave 3 projects.
• Support the 27 members of London’s Social Housing Fund Wave 3 Strategic Partnership to deliver retrofit measures at scale.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other pan-London retrofit consortia as they are developed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in delivering retrofit measures in a social housing context.
• Experience with central government retrofit grant funding.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

Employment Details

• Contract type: Fixed term
• Contract duration: 3.5-year fixed-term contract with potential to be made permanent (subject to funding).
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Arthur Street / Hybrid (regular office days on Mondays and Wednesdays; flexibility for other days for in-person meetings).
• Hours: 35 hours per week.
