A proactive and attention to detail Demand Planner is required to join a global leader in the design, manufacture, maintenance and supply of rail systems and services
As a Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of materials across all active projects. Collaborating closely with project teams and the procurement department, you will be responsible for identifying material requirements, coordinating timely orders, and aligning deliveries to meet project timelines.
Some responsibilities include:
- Analyse material consumption and repair data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Prepare monthly reports on repair turnaround times, supplier performance and inventory impact.
- Liaise directly with suppliers to expedite repair orders and resolve operational issues
- Drive improvements in repair processes to reduce risk and costs

Essential Criteria
- Advance excel skills -V look up, Pivot tables, Macros etc
- IBF/APICS Certifications or willingness to complete
- Previous Demand planning experience
- Stake holder management/relationship building
