Lead the charge in translating customer requirements into impactful outcomes.
Your Role
Reporting directly to the Programme Director, this pivotal role puts you at the heart of demand and resource planning across our customer network. With a growing pipeline of strategic projects and high-impact, non-BAU initiatives, you’ll lead the assessment, analysis, and delivery of change. Working cross-functionally with Planning & Development, Information Systems, Operations, and Finance (for funding alignment), you’ll be instrumental in turning our Business Change strategy into reality. This is more than a planning role — it’s a strategic enabler for transformation.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse the customer demand profile, identify dependencies and their impact on successful delivery, along with reviewing and defining optimum tools to support data analytics for the Business Change Programme.
- Deliver insights to senior leadership through Tableau and PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Liaise with the Gateway requirements manager to assign the appropriate resource to the project.
- Design and maintain project demand and resource dashboards.
- Manage and contribute to strategic projects.
- Define problems and potential solutions — scoping, analysing, preparing, and presenting to the SLT.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of problem solving, frameworks, and project management skills.
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in applying strategic frameworks and tools for analysing strategic problems and developing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data analytics, Excel, SQL (desirable).
- Supply chain knowledge and experience.
Please be aware that by applying for this role, you are agreeing to participate in the employment screening process. This process will include criminal record checking and identity validation. KN will ask successful applicants to provide certain information and documentation for these checks. Any appointment will be strictly conditional upon the satisfactory results of these checks.
