You’ll play a vital part in how we deliver for our clients and develop our people—while helping us drive innovation across sectors.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Be a key figure in maintaining and growing strong client relationships.
  • Contribute discipline expertise to bids, tenders, and CTRs.
  • Support marketing and maintain the strong reputation of Optimus Plus.

Engineering Leadership

  • Act as the contract focal point for our Structural Integrity services.
  • Oversee and approve structural designs, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Allocate work efficiently, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Uphold competence standards and support continual team development.

Commercial Responsibility

  • Manage discipline budgets through our time-writing system.
  • Handle commercial variations and change control.
  • Liaise with clients on billing and performance issues.
  • Report on commercial and operational performance at senior level.
