OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Departmental Assistant to join our growing Global Technology team in London. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at least 3 days a week at our Hammersmith office. The role reports to the executives within the International Technology Team. The mission is to support CAA’s tech operations across its expanding global footprint, ensuring best-in-class technology functions are maintained worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Technology team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, routing calls, and managing expenses.
- Assist the Office of the CTO in executing initiatives and projects related to the Global Tech and Data teams.
- Organize team activities such as meetings and outings, and prepare agendas and manage attendance.
- Support the development and optimization of team processes and workflows.
- Assist with departmental support areas like training, data management, platform support, budgeting, procurement, and mobile device management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and proprietary materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of general office experience; reception experience is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Interest in pursuing a career in technology.
- Genuine passion for the entertainment industry, with knowledge of current trends and key industry players.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
