New Today
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Deputy Communications Director to support the Communications Director within a highly respected, international family office. The Principal is a discreet and globally recognised figure whose professional interests span business and politics, and who maintains the highest standards of privacy and professionalism.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a communications professional with a strong background in public affairs, international relations, or UHNW client communications who is looking to advance their career. The successful candidate will be discreet, adaptable, and confident enough to step in for the Communications Director when required, operating at the highest levels with professionalism and gravitas.
The role will be hybrid, with occasional meetings in London and frequent international travel alongside the Principal to high-level events and engagements. Flexibility and the ability to travel at short notice are essential, as well as a willingness to operate outside of the standard 9-5 to quickly react to ever-changing priorities across multiple time zones.

- Providing hands-on support with day-to-day communications tasks as well as long-term strategic initiatives.
- Preparing reports, talking points, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, upholding absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.
