Overview Required: April or September 2026 At Wimbledon High, movement matters. From the first PE lesson to senior team fixtures, every girl is encouraged to discover the confidence, connection and joy that sport can bring. As Deputy Director of Sport, you will help to lead a department that believes in both participation and performance, ensuring that every student, from beginner to elite, feels supported, challenged and inspired. Our provision spans U12 A-H Netball and U12 A-F Hockey teams alongside regional and national success across disciplines including swimming, cross country and on the river. Working alongside the Director of Sport and Head of Performance Sport, you will play a key role in shaping our inclusive and ambitious programme, supporting outstanding teaching, coordinating fixtures and staff development, and nurturing a love of being active that lasts long after the girls leave WHS. This is an opportunity for a dynamic, collaborative teacher and coach who understands that great sport builds confidence, community, and courage.
