Deputy Store Manager (Lidl GB) Join to apply for the Deputy Store Manager role at Lidl GB. £36,000 – £44,500 per annum, 30‑35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in‑store discount, pension scheme. As deputy store manager you’ll lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes, manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire colleagues. You’ll take responsibility while the store manager is absent, leading by example to support teammates. What you’ll do
Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values Diligently check deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all queries Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
