Located in southern New Hampshire, this role offers flexible, full-time work providing medical dermatology care to long-term care facilities. You will work independently, set your own schedule, and visit 1–3 facilities daily, seeing approximately 20 patients per day. The position includes a base salary plus percentage of collections, paid travel, benefits, CME reimbursement, and generous time off.

• Confident working independently in a mobile care setting
• Proficient in medical dermatology procedures, particularly biopsies and destructions
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with dermatology experience
