Hours & Working Pattern

35 hours, full time. Hybrid working: at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at one of our office sites.

About this Opportunity

Sitting within the central Design Delivery Practice (DDP), you'll help coordinate projects across teams. The projects themselves can vary; from recruiting, onboarding and developing our people, to ensuring consistency in the way design teams measure design debt, to championing our customer journey management framework.

You’ll help make sure everyone is clear across our teams to support operational delivery and community engagement. You’ll also be the eyes and ears of DDP as you engage with and support our design teams. Success in your role will look like hours of designer time saved or adoption/uptake of DDP processes or frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and visualising roadmaps and backlogs across DDP initiatives.
  • Coordinating community contributions, ensuring alignment and visibility.
  • Helping to connect teams, surface blockers, and enable knowledge flow.
  • Supporting onboarding and engagement activities for new joiners and community members.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of playbooks, templates, and tooling.
