Long term freelance opportunity for a Design Manager in Northamptonshire paying competitive day rate.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Design Manager on an £50M Industrial project with an interior fit-out focus in Northampton.
• Be site based with some remote working, collaborating with the existing construction team.
• Receive full support from a Design Director, Technical Manager and Construction Director.
• Join a team that has delivered developments across Industrial, Residential and Civil sectors.
• Operate on a freelance basis for a minimum of 10 months, providing support with a fit-out contractor.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven track record working with a fit-out contractor, supporting design delivery on large projects.
