About the role

We’re looking for a talented Design Manager to lead our in-house creative team at Buyagift & Red Letter Days. You’ll be the guardian of our brand, shaping and refining our visual identity across all channels — from website and CRM to print and social media. This is your opportunity to take the creative reins, drive innovative ideas, and ensure our design output is both commercially effective and beautifully executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and uphold brand guidelines across all creative outputs
  • Manage the full creative process, from ideation to delivery
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing design team
  • Plan resources effectively to maximise productivity and output quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies
  • Align creative direction with commercial goals and marketing strategy
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative thinking to the team

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or marketing design
  • Strong portfolio across web, CRM, offline, and social media assets
  • Highly proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and image retouching
  • Experience integrating AI tools into the creative process
  • Proven leadership skills in team development and performance management
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Confident in evolving and defining brand guidelines
