They influence project direction, ensure design quality, and lead end-to-end service design, actively participating in a user-centered design community.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on design work for assigned products or teams
• Serve as the design expert within a product team, facilitating processes and communicating decisions
• Identify potential issues, shape solutions, and conduct problem-solving activities
• Seek guidance when necessary and adapt based on feedback
• Contribute to communities of practice by sharing ideas and seeking feedback

• Develop innovative approaches to complex design challenges based on core principles
