It is an exciting time to join the Development team within Online Grocery. The role is designed to focus on various projects in the online space to drive operational metrics.
The Development Co-Ordinator is responsible for translating strategic aims into deliverable projects that generate tangible results. You will be responsible from start to finish project delivery with the aim of improving metrics across the online space. In order to achieve this, the Development Co-ordinator must ensure that all projects are delivered with a customer mind-set, considering everyday low cost and an innovative approach.
- Supporting senior and project managers with planning activities such as project plans and status reports
- Store Interaction – Engaging with stores and various stakeholders in order to support projects from start to completion
- Innovation/Continuous Improvement – This colleague would support continuous improvement across the working area to include new approached and ideas.
- Presentation – Presenting findings back to key stakeholders and challenging our current way of working across various networks
- Diary and room booking management for key programme meetings
- Maintaining a clear view of upcoming key deadlines, activities, dates for the diary
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

- Knowledge and awareness of Online Grocery operations in store.
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of store processes and operational clock
- Commercial awareness and the ability to make financial decisions.
- Full driving license and the ability to stay away from home when required
- The ability to analyse and utilise complex data in determining strategy and informing decision-making processes
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An innovative approach that is backed up with high levels of organisation.
- Confident speaker and strong at networking
- Highly organised
