Job Description:

Our client, a leading investment bank based in London, is currently hiring for a Development Manager/Team Lead for their Rates/FX Pricing Platform. The team is predominantly responsible for server-side C# development.

This is a permanent role paying up to £170,000 basic salary plus package. The role is based in London on a hybrid work pattern.

You will lead the design, development, and ongoing evolution of the global pricing platform. The team consists of 12 Developers. You will be responsible for managing the team, hiring Developers, and shaping the long-term design and vision of the platform.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience leading distributed, high-availability platform development within a front-office pricing environment.
• Demonstrated ability in managing and mentoring small, expert technical teams.
• Strong technical background, ideally with server-side C# development experience.
• Deep knowledge of FX and Rates products, and a desire to collaborate with trading and quant teams.
• A proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, strategic vision, and a focus on delivery.
