Overview

Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp is partnering with an exciting startup building a vibe code platform to enable complex, enterprise-sized applications to be built and hosted. The role focuses on AWS and Kubernetes within the development team, with progression to establish and lead a dedicated operations team and to mature the platform for certification under ISO27001 or a similar framework.

Responsibilities

• Initially manage AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure within the development team.
• Over time, establish and lead a dedicated operations team.
• Transition current developer-led infrastructure into a mature, productised system that is secure, scalable, and ready for certification.
• Oversee infrastructure and deployment pipelines to enable growth and streamlined workflows.
• Build out or re-architect infrastructure in an early-stage environment for a complex product.

• AWS via Terraform for live environments
• Lambda, S3, RDS with Postgres, CloudWatch, Route 53 and more
• Kubernetes on EKS with FluxCD
• TypeScript codebase built on Node
• AI integration through OpenRouter

Logistics

Bristol, 2 x per week on-site, up to £90k plus equity.
