Our client is on the hunt for a Digital Account Director to join their growing team within their Leeds office. This agency specialises in digital marketing across SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Content. They work with boutique brands and focus on client development and growth.

About the role

As a Digital Account Director, you will join the client service department and take lead on client management for a selection of the agency’s key accounts. You’ll manage digital accounts across Web, SEO, PPC, Social Media and Content, and project manage campaigns through to completion with the support of the internal activation teams. You’ll be the main client contact, updating on progress and suggesting improvements. You’ll have the chance to shape future growth plans and contribute to the development of the department alongside the head of client services.

About you

To be considered for this Digital Account Director role, you’ll need experience within a Digital Client Service role within an agency. You should have a strong understanding of Web Development, digital performance and marketing (PPC, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Social Media, and PR). A proven track record of working with small to medium enterprises and assisting with growth would be a bonus. This role is partly office-based, so you’ll need to commute to Leeds 3 days a week.
