Digital Account Executive

Whytematter is supporting a well-established agency in Belfast to find a Digital Account Executive. This hybrid role is based in their Belfast office.

Role Priorities:

  1. Support the Client Services team and Digital Account Manager.
  2. Communicate and deliver client objectives clearly and promptly.
  3. Maintain a customer-focused approach: attentive, polite, advisory, and helpful.
  4. Handle client and business administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Head of Client Services and Account Directors as needed.
  2. Clearly communicate client objectives between clients and the agency.
  3. Manage and execute social media/digital plans from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and financial goals are met.
  4. Liaise with the studio to manage workflow through production.
  5. Manage third-party suppliers and media bookings as required.
  6. Provide monthly client management reports to the Account Director, including client status, performance, proposals, billing plans, and financial forecasts.
  7. Brief the studio, proof content, write copy, and manage content.
  8. Coordinate prizes, competitions, and events.
  9. Develop engaging social media calendars and optimize content for each channel.
  10. Analyze digital marketing activities, including posts, content, advertising costs, and results.
  11. Ensure adherence to processes, handle requisitions, and maintain daily timesheets.
  12. Resolve queries between Finance and Client Services.
  13. Maintain respectful communication with staff, clients, and suppliers.
  14. Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
