Lead Paid Social Media marketing campaigns to support the growth of UK acquisition Work with multiple agencies and advertising platforms to optimize value and outcomes for Amex, with attention to detail and governance Maintain a pipeline of test-and-learn opportunities, including scoping, testing and validating new channels Contribute to the acquisition strategy by identifying and proposing new insights Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deploy targeting & bidding strategies, ad-tech capabilities, and creative messaging Support forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis Demonstrate a proven track record in a marketing function, with social media as a definite advantage Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining brand and compliance standards Demonstrate solid understanding of media planning and buying across online channels Understand the creative development process Be a highly motivated, resilient, proactive self-starter who takes initiative Analyse data and pull valuable insights Foster strong relationship management and interpersonal skills Show attention to detail and strong organisational skills Communicate effectively in writing and verbally Think creatively and innovatively, with the ability to challenge the status quo Adapt to agility and pace, overcoming obstacles with a positive attitude Be a conscientious team player ready to make an impact in a high-profile role
