What you'll be doing:

The Digital Analyst will help us understand our customers' digital behaviors using web analytics tools. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing customer interactions, generating reports, and providing insights to stakeholders.
• Leading the implementation and management of analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Content Square.
• Understanding how marketing and product changes impact digital demand and translating these into key metrics.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and web performance technologies.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, or similar tools.
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with A/B testing analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or structured data methodologies is a plus.
