We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Digital Assets Product Manager to join our Digital Assets Business team. This role is located in London – HYBRID
Responsibilities
As a member of the Digital Assets team, the primary focus and responsibilities will be to deliver high value products / solutions and advance the digital assets agenda across the enterprise – more specifically delivering digital asset capabilities. Main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the senior product team to develop and execute product strategy and roadmap, bringing compelling digital asset capabilities to clients, with a particular focus on tokenization.
- Passionate about developing products which will change how the financial markets
- Formulate and define the scope and objectives for product deliverables, with a thorough understanding of both traditional and digital asset and collateral domains.
- Provide guidance on blockchain and DLT capabilities, whether available internally or in the marketplace, to determine the best path forward, considering feasibility, maturity of solutions, cost, and time to market.
- Ensure product market fit across traditional and digital segments, focusing on collateral, securities finance, and margin use cases.
- Drive product execution from design through stakeholder management and governance processes.
- Subject Matter Expert and representative of BNY in the industry. Driving best practices and seeking opportunities to implement them as appropriate.
- Define product metrics, measure performance, and use data to inform product decisions.
- Extensive experience working in one or more of the following areas: derivatives collateral, securities finance, triparty collateral management, digital assets.
- Proven experience developing products in blockchain/DLT and related technologies, with a strong understanding of token standards and the benefits of asset tokenization.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams comprising product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Experience working within a highly matrixed organization, in a product-focused role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to accomplish goals through others, including employees, peers, and other function/business areas of the company.
- Vast experience in product management, owning products from ideation through to design and development is a plus
