As a Digital Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of customers' ICT strategies, acting as the main point of contact for NHIS customers and suppliers for non-fault related matters. You will provide expert ICT advice, manage projects and supplier teams, and facilitate the resolution of service delivery issues. This is a dynamic role requiring strong relationship management, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

  • Support the development and delivery of NHIS services to customers
  • Represent NHIS at customer and supplier forums
  • Manage opportunities, account management calls, and service delivery problems
  • Liaise with NHIS Service Desk, ICT specialists, customers, and suppliers
  • Assist with communications between NHIS teams, suppliers, and customers

We deliver digital services including infrastructure management, cyber security, technical support, project management, and training.
