A successful financial technology company is looking for an experienced Digital Channel Lead to join the marketing team. This is a hybrid role — two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance.
- Manage a small team of two and report into the Customer Marketing Director.
- Lead the strategic planning for all digital channels, identify emerging digital trends and technologies, and drive the strategic development and optimisation of the website (UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates and content effectiveness).
- Oversee the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities and in-app marketing.
- Take ownership of reporting and measurement, manage the digital budget and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a digital role, with exposure to website building and management and a passion for website development and creating customer journeys.
- Experience of PPC, digital advertising, content management systems for website updates, SEO, and an understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Salary and Benefits
