We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Commerce National Account Manager- Pureplay to join our Nestlé Sales Team. The role will be across our core Nestlé Categories, Food, Nutrition, Coffee and Confectionery and managing key customers, such as Amazon, Ocado, eBay and Deliveroo.

This is a pivotal role within the team, designed to accelerate Nestlé’s presence across our key categories and deliver exceptionally high growth targets across complex but strategically important customers to Nestlé globally. You will manage a wide range of stakeholders internally across Zone Europe and in-market(UK), plus externally with a range of buyers at varying levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the commercial plans with key customers, setting Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that drive growth.
  • Direct P&L accountability including forecasting, trade spend optimisation, commercial investment planning, sales revenue, market share and profits targets.
  • Influence Internal stakeholders to secure investment, shape strategic direction and create the conditions for Nestlé’s plans to land.
  • Lead customer management across key accounts, including ownership of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), regular commercial meetings and resolution of operational matters such as orders and invoicing.
  • Ensure all day-to-day account issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently with a customer centric approach.
  • Build and nurture external relationships with new and existing digital-first customers, proactively identifying opportunities to scale and innovate.
  • Act as a thought leader across Global, Zone Europe and Nestle in the Market communities, sharing best practices and shaping future thinking in Digital Commerce.

What Will Make You Successful

To be successful, you’ll already have fantastic sales experience under your belt, ideally operating as a National Account Manager with a blend of sales and category experience. You will be tenacious, results-focused and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting with your passion for driving commercial growth in digital-first environments. You’ll demonstrate commercial acumen and the ability to influence across all levels—internally and externally. You will also be confident in managing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), owning P&L accountability and navigating complex customer relationships. A genuine passion for eCommerce and digital innovation, with the agility to adapt to an evolving landscape, is key.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead multi-faceted negotiations and secure investment.
  • Experience managing customer relationships end-to-end, including Quarterly Business Reviews, forecasting, order and invoice resolution, and investment planning.
  • Proven ability to convert performance metrics and insights into commercial growth actions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to proactively connect across Nestlé in the Market (NiM), Zone Europe and Global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and comfort with Excel and numbers to build robust business cases.
  • Curious mindset—willing to test, learn and pioneer new approaches.
  • eCommerce experience is a plus.
