Role Summary And Impact
This is a pivotal role that requires management of all of our platform connections and data quality flow into all central client critical systems. This role will be essential to maintain the integrity of Unilever's central data, and keep our markets piping high quality and complete data into our systems.
It will be a client facing role, and will require ongoing relationship management with every local market within the network to ensure an ongoing dialogue and best practice when it comes to setting up new accounts and connections across digital platforms.
Role Responsibilities
- A key day to day contact for clients, you will be the go-to for digital biddable media data enquiries
- You will build a comprehensive overview of markets and accounts – ensuring this is kept up to date weekly and reported back to clients
- You will conduct regular connection and quality checks to all central reporting and data systems built for Unilever
- This role will be required to attend regular in-person meetings with the client to update on latest status, and receive briefings for new challenges and opportunities
- You will build an intimate knowledge of client taxonomies and naming conventions, helping markets to realign as required
- You will build bespoke reporting based on centrally briefed requirements across all central systems
Skills And Experience
- Proven data taxonomy and data aggregation experience, particularly across large global clients/networks
- Proven ability to work directly with platforms to help develop data products, tools and technology
- Proven ability to develop taxonomy and data infrastructure best practice and process documentation
- Clear views on the necessity of data taxonomy and structure, and its output
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, being able to confidently and clearly present work to clients, media owners and internal stakeholders
- High level numeracy and analysis skills, to be able to interrogate data and coming out with actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Ability to thrive and work independently in an incredibly fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills: ability to quickly and creatively solve issues (both technical and operational)
- Ability to communicate process driven approaches clearly and effectively to non-technical individuals
- A proactive, “can do” attitude. Self-starter and motivator with the ability to work in an autonomous fast paced environment doing what is necessary to deliver with speed, agility and forward-thinking
- The ability to achieve high quality results by paying attention to detail. Team Player and willing to help with any task thrown at them
