Job Title: Digital Delivery Manager

Location: Warwick or The Strand (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsite)

Rate: 750 per day

Contract Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Delivery: Oversee and manage digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with both organisational goals and user needs.
  • Team Management: Build, motivate, and nurture high-performing teams. Your leadership will inspire collaboration and achieve delivery milestones.
  • Project Planning & Monitoring: Define scopes, develop realistic plans, and track progress while addressing any risks or blockers promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating clear communication.
  • Commercial Management: Oversee budgets, manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure value for money in every project.
  • Lifecycle Management: Ensure all phases of product and service delivery align with quality standards while advocating for process improvements.

Specific Responsibilities in CDE and BIM Platforms

  • CDE Management: Safeguard the Common Data Environment, ensuring consistent data collection, storage, and access among all teams.
  • Data Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate datasets compliant with standards like UNI EN ISO 19650, supporting interoperability.
  • Access Control: Manage data permissions to protect sensitive project information.
  • BIM Coordination: Facilitate efficient collaboration across project teams by managing BIM data exchanges and workflows.
  • Tool Implementation: Select and oversee digital tools that support CDE and BIM processes, promoting secure and collaborative workspaces.
  • Continuous Improvement: Train teams in best practices and drive innovations to enhance digital delivery efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing complex digital projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Financial acumen for budget monitoring and cost-value balancing.
  • Experience in risk management, problem-solving, and continuous delivery improvements.
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields, with project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master) being a plus.
  • A proactive attitude to hit the ground running in a complex project environment.
  • Familiarity with CDE and BIM, particularly with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience.
