As our Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in bringing our digital vision to life across EMEA. Working within the regional marketing function, you’ll align local market execution with global strategy, driving digital excellence across our portfolio.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading digital marketing efforts that grow brand awareness, engagement, and D2C sales, creating measurable success in driving online traffic, conversion, and loyalty.
Your work will span our owned digital properties (websites, social media, and CRM) as well as regional content and campaign development. Collaborating closely with local market teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in building digital capability across the region, supporting markets to deliver high‑impact, consumer‑centric digital experiences.
While this role has no direct reports, you’ll work in close partnership with senior regional leaders and cross‑functional teams, influencing, inspiring, and bringing stakeholders on the digital transformation journey.
- Lead and execute digital activation for our brands across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global strategy and brand objectives.
- Drive growth of D2C sales, online engagement, and web traffic through effective digital campaigns and optimisation.
- Champion website performance, SEO, and consumer experience improvements across our brand sites.
- Govern and grow our social media presence, supporting local market teams and ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Collaborate with the Global Digital Marketing team and Centre of Excellence to share insights, align content, and amplify best practice.
- Support the development of regionally relevant content and social campaigns that enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Consolidate and interpret digital analytics to measure campaign success, consumer behaviour, and category insights.
- Align CRM strategies across markets, defining automated and personalised consumer journeys.
- Partner with the D2C team to align digital marketing with eCommerce and marketplace strategies.
- Promote a digital‑first mindset across the business and help build digital capability within local marketing teams.
About you
You’re a digital marketing leader with a proven record of delivering complex, multi‑market eCommerce and digital transformation projects, ideally in a consumer brand or FMCG environment. You thrive in matrix organisations, navigating stakeholders with confidence and clarity, and you know how to turn strategy into measurable results.
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience leading digital & eCommerce projects across multiple international markets.
- A track record of growing online business performance including increased engagement, web traffic, and D2C sales.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (web, social, CRM, SEO, analytics).
- Ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on digital marketing expertise.
- Comfort working autonomously, managing agencies, and travelling across EMEA as needed.
- Curiosity, agility, and a drive to stay ahead of digital trends and technologies.
