Are you passionate about digital marketing and creating engaging online experiences? This wonderful charity is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Executive to join a small, friendly Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things digital, helping to bring their brand to life across social media, email, and web. You’ll manage our social media channels, deliver paid advertising campaigns, keep their website fresh and optimised, and ensure every online supporter journey is smooth and engaging. You’ll also help them tell powerful stories through great content, images and videos that inspire their supporters and make a real difference.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day social activity across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, creating engaging posts and scheduling content.
  • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (PPC and paid social) to grow awareness and income, reporting on results and ROI.
  • Keep the website and online shop up to date with optimised content, blogs, videos and campaign pages.
  • Assist with email campaigns and automated journeys using Mailchimp.
  • Use GA4 and other tools to monitor and improve performance, providing monthly reports.
  • Set up and maintain online giving pages and platforms like JustGiving and offer advice on digital fundraising best practice and support colleagues across the organisation.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong skills in social media management, PPC/paid social campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Ability to create engaging content for digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of website management (CMS), SEO and using analytics to drive improvements.
  • Great communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and creativity.

Desirable / Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Skills in photography, video editing (Premiere Pro), or design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Google Ads or Google Ad Grants.

Work arrangements

Due to the nature of the charity, they would like for you to be in the office at least three days per week.
