Role Context
As a Consultant within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will work with clients to increase enterprise value and digitalize finance functions. You will engage in finance strategy, process excellence, financial planning, consolidation, analytics and reporting, helping clients adapt to regulatory changes and evolving market conditions. You will be part of a global team that uses industry-leading practices, technologies and strategies across finance operations.

Responsibilities
- Support our clients to achieve strategic and operational goals by introducing efficient ways of working, refining operating models and enhancing processes.
- Apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to complex client challenges, shaping decisions with limited oversight.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops, demonstrate agile design, co-develop solutions and secure design decisions in an agile manner.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Contribute to business development activities, including identifying opportunities and developing proposals.
- Support development of CFO & Enterprise Value practice capabilities, assets and thought leadership, collaborating with broader teams across Accenture.
- Continuously learn new skills to support growth of CFO & EV and the wider organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in finance transformation, digital finance projects, or large-scale ERP/GBS/shard service transitions (3+ years in consulting or 5+ years in industry).
- Familiarity with key finance technologies and cloud ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of modern technologies (AI, Robotic Process Automation, Analytics) and their application in finance.
- Experience designing optimized, digitized finance processes enabled by platforms/tech, including:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C): contract/order management, billing/collections, deductions/dispute management, cash management, reconciliations.
- Purchase-to-Pay (P2P): contract/PO management, receiving, invoice management, payments, travel & expenses.
- Acquire-to-Retire (A2R): project accounting, capitalization, fixed asset management, depreciation.
- Record-to-Report (R2R): master data management, general accounting, close, consolidation, external reporting, intercompany, chart of accounts.
- Ability to conduct fit-gap analyses for finance technology and processes and develop roadmaps with recommendations.
- Ability to identify business requirements and conduct vendor assessment and selection.
Experience that Sets You Apart
- Experience with design thinking or agile project delivery methods.
- Professional Finance or Accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA); MBA preferred.
- Strong credibility to engage with all management levels; excellent analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time, influence, prioritise and deliver results; adaptable and optimistic.
- Proven track record in delivering business outcomes for large clients; experience managing a sales pipeline and supporting bids/proposals.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
