About the role

Are you passionate about running inclusion initiatives to improve digital skills within the local community? We invite you to join our team as a Digital Inclusion Partner. You will be responsible for establishing three Digital Labs in community hubs, leading in-person and online training sessions, and promoting services and outreach. Creating accessible resources and materials will also be part of your role.

Candidate requirements

Our ideal candidate shares our values and is passionate about partnership working and providing excellent services to tenants. You should understand digital inclusion's importance and have a desire to help people develop skills, build confidence, and access services that support their tenancy, health, social inclusion, and community involvement. Experience supporting individuals, understanding their needs, co-designing solutions, and reporting on project outcomes is essential.
