What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Experience: 6+ years working in digital, with specialist experience within at least two channels of PPC, programmatic display and social, proven experience of utilizing diverse data sources to accelerate digital performance.
  • Communication: Ability to construct logical and persuasive recommendations; collaborative approach to drive effective working patterns internally and with media owner partners and key senior clients.
  • Skills: Very strong understanding and knowledge of platforms in the social, programmatic and search landscape; understanding the value each digital platform brings to the media mix; awareness of website and user journey in the wider media planning process; familiarity with advanced attribution and measurement solutions; proven track record with 01st, 2nd & 3rd party data knowledge, understanding & application.
  • Attitude: Positive, entrepreneurial, self-starting, excellent communicator and collaborator; ambitious, proactive, restless and resilient.

Working Model & Flexibility

Omnicom Media Group supports flexibility with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two remote). Core hours are 10:30 – 16:30; standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30. Flex options allow starting earlier or later to suit individual circumstances. We encourage open conversations between staff and managers to support work-life balance.
