Join our cutting-edge dentsu digital team where, as a Junior Associate in one of our Specialism teams, you will be automatically enrolled into our unique and industry-leading dentsu digital Academy. We are searching for Junior Associates for 2 of our Specialism teams: Paid Search and Programmatic. We welcome new joiners from all backgrounds; you can be freshly graduated, straight out of college, considering a career change or looking for a new opportunity. As part of the Academy, your skills and knowledge will be nurtured by experienced minds in the industry, equipping you with the fundamentals to succeed in your role. Following a comprehensive induction programme, Junior Associates rapidly build a balanced portfolio of clients across sizes and industries and begin to work on digital marketing campaigns for our globally renowned clients.

Responsibilities

  • Innovative Campaign Assistance: Assist in the implementation of high-quality, innovative campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Daily Quality Checks: Accurately complete quality checks to ensure world-class campaigns align with the strategy.
  • Client Growth: Support optimisation on client activity and contribute to client growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Generate reports and provide insightful analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Training & Certification: Complete relevant training and accreditation (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Pinterest Academy).
  • Industry Trends: Stay up to date with digital marketing and Paid Social trends and platform updates relevant to clients.
  • Communication: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and industry partners.
  • Data & Tools: Work with large datasets from the outset; develop Excel skills for campaign optimisation and data analysis. Become proficient with multiple platforms through the training programme.
  • Campaign Builds: Gather client briefs, advise on best practice, and build campaigns from scratch or improve existing ones; assist wider teams with analysis as opportunities arise.
  • Consultative Work: Maintain regular client contact to understand goals and support strategic decision-making as your relationship-building skills grow.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders and partners, developing strong cross-team collaboration.
  • Platforms & Skills: Develop familiarity with multiple platforms and pursue additional courses to enhance skills.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong personal responsibility and the ability to follow processes, multitask, and prioritise.
  • High numeracy and literacy; analytical and client-facing capabilities.
  • Good logic, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail; strive for error-free work.
  • Attention to detail; ability to work well in a team and build stakeholder relationships. Excel experience is preferable but not mandatory.
  • A professional and commercially minded approach with respect for others.
