Overview
PHD Global Business Unit, part of Omnicom Media Group, is looking for a Manager to join our central Digital Activation team. Our clients turn to us for superior media strategy, deep insights, and flawless execution of their digital marketing campaigns.
We help our clients use data from digital biddable channels to turn critical audience insights into action and move our clients’ businesses forward. Our Digital Marketing services include Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display/Behavioural Targeting, Mobile Marketing, eCommerce search optimization, and more.
We are based in Central London and operate with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two working remotely). Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with core hours 10:30 – 16:30 to provide flexibility. We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage digital activation initiatives within Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, Display/Behavioural Targeting, Mobile Marketing, and related channels. Translate audience insights from digital biddable data into actionable campaigns that drive client business outcomes. Collaborate with strategic and creative teams to deliver integrated media campaigns across multiple countries (Europe and beyond) and across various client needs. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the agency’s digital activation capabilities in line with changes in media, data, technology, commerce, society, and legislation.
Qualifications & Requirements
While the original description does not enumerate specific qualifications, the role is focused on expertise in digital marketing and activation across multiple channels, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should be prepared to operate in a hybrid work environment and demonstrate the ability to adapt to a fast-moving media landscape.
About the Agency & Culture
About the Agency: PHD is a growth-focused media agency driven by innovation and creativity. Founded in London in 1990, we were the first media agency to offer strategic and creative planning at a time when the industry was about buying cheaply and quickly. At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork.
