Digital Marketing Executive – Role & Responsibilities:
Support the development and optimisation of website content and structure via CMS Collaborate with digital agencies to drive onsite improvements using data-led insights Take ownership of feature testing and regression testing for new digital developments Develop and execute CRO and UX strategies to enhance lead conversion Support the rollout of digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, Display and Video Drive forward the affiliate marketing strategy and partnerships Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity Champion brand values and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace
Digital Marketing Executive – Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in digital marketing with travel sector experience being desirable Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Passion for emerging digital trends, especially AI and evolving tech landscapes Solid understanding of CMS platforms and website management Hands-on experience with paid media channels including Search, Display, Social and Video Working knowledge of affiliate marketing and CRO tools (e.g. Microsoft Clarity) Organised, proactive, and confident communicator
