We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities on a part-time basis (2 3 days per week).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing online company, which sells a range of online recruitment advertising solutions with a diverse client list including BAE Systems, Heathrow Airport, DWP, IAG and so many more.

The Digital Marketing Executive role is fully remote, with very occasional travel required to Hertfordshire/London for team meetings or events.

Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Executive

  • Manage and oversee social media activity across all channels
  • Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics, provide regular analysis, and produce performance reports
  • Implement and optimise SEO strategies to drive growth
  • Create insightful and relevant content, such as articles and guides, to establish thought leadership within our sector
  • Support the planning and promotion of events
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver client work and ensure performance metrics are achieved
  • Coordinate and distribute email newsletters
  • Manage the content calendar

Skills and Experience Required of Digital Marketing Executive

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency with tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Canva and Wordpress (Elementor)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
  • Creativity in campaign development and content creation
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proactive, thought provoking ideas and a positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
