The Digital Services Team seeks a Digital Marketing Manager specialised in paid media / PPC / paid social to add to our integrated skillset.

Overview

You will have at least 1 year of experience across different media platforms, practised at launching Alphabet & Meta campaigns. Your core responsibilities include setting up, running and optimising paid media campaigns and Google Analytics reporting using Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies for clients.
• Set up, run, optimise and report on Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Implement tracking, build and analyse reports in Google Analytics & Meta.
• Present findings to clients and support presentations.
• Document project progress and maintain agency paperwork.
• Problem‑solve using data and industry insights.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of paid media experience, client‑side or agency.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and spreadsheets.
• Self‑motivated, organised, detail‑oriented, curious problem solver.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital culture.
• Willingness to use Google Tag Manager (no front‑end development required).
• Hybrid, 3 days per week in office with 2 days remote.

Salary & Benefits

£32,000 + outstanding benefits.
