Key Responsibilities
- Set up, optimize, report on mobile campaigns: App-to-app Display, Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, UAC, FB App Campaigns.
- Plan, deliver and execute monthly, quarterly, annual marketing plans with Digital Marketing Manager and Country Managers globally.
- Monitor and deliver mobile performance within KPIs: growth volume, conversion rates, CPA, LTV.
- Report on channel performance daily, weekly, monthly to stakeholders.
- Communicate with, challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Deliver complex mobile marketing strategies, identify in-app fraud, mitigate, assist on ASO, creative, conversion optimization.
- Identify and provide evidence on assisted conversions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate on marketing plans for mobile campaigns.
- Identify and test new channels outside existing mix to add scale.
- Assist on in-housing additional markets 2025-2026 per plan.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency through advanced technical solutions.
- Work closely with internal BI team and Marketing Analyst to identify cost savings and enhance performance.
- Develop robust tracking and measurement systems with BI/MA and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Interim Head of Mobile to build robust test and learn creative strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in Mobile Marketing within the UK; experience in other markets highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in iGaming industry advantageous.
- Experience working in a digital performance agency a plus.
- Proven ability to build and execute creative strategies that drive measurable results.
- Hands‑on experience across major performance marketing platforms: Mobile Ad Networks, Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Expert understanding of digital tracking, measurement, reporting tools: AppsFlyer; Mobile Fraud Prevention tools; Analytics platforms: Firebase, GA4.
- Experience in digital marketing planning and forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; engaging stakeholders.
- Strong teamworking and relationship‑building; experience collaborating across multiple countries.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking; manage multiple projects.
- Deep understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, best practices.
- Up to date with latest search and platform innovations; maintain contacts within mobile marketing industry.
- Experience working with multinational organisations; understanding cultural and regulatory differences.
- Highly data‑focused; gather insights, identify actionable trends, present findings clearly.
- Tech‑savvy; evaluate, purchase, implement new technologies.
- Strong analytical acumen to uncover insights and craft compelling narratives.
