We are looking for a Digital Performance Manager to join us on our journey. Are you ready to dive in and stir things up?
What we need:
An experienced performance specialist to define and develop our 3-year and in-year web/app customer experience, aligned with business goals. You will ensure our digital products—web and app (excluding the loyalty proposition)—wow the connected fusion foodie of today and tomorrow, creating a seamless and magical experience connecting online and offline worlds. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative digital strategies to drive industry-leading conversion rates and reviews/ratings for our digital platforms.
What you’ll do:
Website CX + App XC Owner
- Own the website and app, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Leverage analytics to optimize performance, including leading test and learn initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and update website and app content (excluding Soul Club).
- Lead CRO and SEO efforts for Wagamama.
- Collaborate with the loyalty manager to ensure Soul Club features are integrated into the app as desired by CRM and loyalty teams.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve top-tier app ratings.
Web and App Customer-Led Development Roadmap
- Define a 3-year prioritized web and app roadmap, balancing customer needs with commercial benefits, and lead business requirement briefs to technical and IT teams.
Commercial and Partner Management
- Manage key partners related to web and app, such as Yext and OpenTable, overseeing contracts and review cycles.
- P&L responsibility for web and app (excluding loyalty).
- Accountable for group booking commercial delivery and CX on digital platforms, collaborating with marketing and insights.
- Manage gift card operations, ensuring a rich customer experience.
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years experience in digital product or CRO management across websites and apps, preferably in retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors.
- Customer-centric, analytical mindset with deep web analytics expertise.
- Broad digital skill set, including technical and data proficiency.
- Proven experience scaling web and app platforms for customer and commercial growth.
- Industry connections and innovative mindset to drive value.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of growth levers.
- Excellent partnership skills, especially bridging technical and non-technical teams, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
